Authors who publish in Cultura, Educação e Trabalho agree to the following terms:

a) Assign copyright to the journal, with the work simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows sharing of the work with proper acknowledgment of authorship and publication in the journal.

b) Assign, according to the policy adopted by the Editorial Committee, copyright only after a period of 30 months from the date of publication of the article. After this period, authors wishing to publish the same text in another work must send a letter to the Editorial Committee requesting the release of copyright assignment and await a response.

This journal provides open access to all its content, as this ensures greater visibility and dissemination of its publications. For further information about this procedure, please visit the Public Knowledge Project, the initiative that developed this system to improve the academic and public quality of research, distributing OJS as well as other software supporting open-access scholarly publishing systems.

Authors are permitted to deposit all versions of their article in an institutional or thematic repository.
